At Chelsea Peers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new loungewear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
